This document is based on the Google Doc by NotOrange. I have mainly just changed how the pitch is displayed, to be easier to read and easier to search this document.
The line refers to where the pitch drops, and a horizontal line means heiban.
eg. 用・よう in 自分用 would be じぶんよう [0]
個・ こ in 二個 would be にこ [1]
目・め in 一つ目は would be ひとつめは [4]
Exceptions are highlighted
This is meant to be a living document of everything I know about the pitch accent of counters and suffixes, so I intend on keeping it updated as I learn more.
For every rule there are exceptions, and there's a lot I still don't know, so don't take everything you see as infallible.
The sub-categories are ultimately arbitrary, it's just preferable to chaos.
An accent can't occur on ん, っ, or ー. In this case the accent moves one mora back.
When multiple pitch accents are given the first one is the one I think is most common.
When a non-exception is listed alongside an exception in the exceptions section, this is to demonstrate that the exception is only an acceptable way of saying it, the order then gives which is most common. Looking at ～声 as an example, なきごえ is an acceptable alternate pronunciation, but because it is listed underneath なきごえ, that means that it is still a less common pronunciation.
The の rule is: If the particle after an non-single-mora word is の, an odaka word will not drop on the の. Also, wherever ignores の rule is stated, it applies to the whole row of the table.
Some counters are so irregular that it's simpler to write the full (or as full as is reasonable) list of them.
Use ctrl+f to quickly find what you want
When it is simply one number plus a counter it will follow the described pattern.
eg. in 2個, the 個 is こ, so the overall accent will be にこ
When it grows to something more complex like 2022年, each power of 10 can be thought of as its own 'accent block', that is to say that each accent block does not interfere with the accent of another accent block.
So with ・ designating accents blocks, 2022年 is にせん・にじゅう・にねん.
There is one exception to this: 十.
Though 20-90 will constitute its own accent block, 十 attaches flat onto the accent block following it. eg. 315個 is さんびゃく・じゅうごこ rather than さんびゃく・じゅう・ごこ
In some cases some speakers may not merge 十 with the following accent block, and instead pronounce it accented as its own accent block.
eg. 14日 as じゅう・よっか instead of じゅうよっか
Both pronunciations are valid in these cases, but じゅう is more traditional.
For the sake of your memory you can completely forget about 十 ever not merging with the following block if you would like, since there is no circumstance in which じゅう isn't acceptable.
The final suffix will determine the overall accent of the whole word.
eg. 登録・とうろく ー＞ 登録者・とうろくしゃ ー＞ 登録者数・とうろくしゃすう
The suffix will only affect the accent of the accent block it attaches to. All other accent blocks remain unchanged.

Titles that follow someone's name like 先生 and 部長 do not change the pitch accent of their name, nor does the pitch accent of the title itself change.
Regarding the の rule: odaka counters will always ignore the の rule, so really it's quite redundant to mention every time that a counter ignores the の rule; however, because I know most people will not read this in its entirety I think it's important to include anyway.
A good tactic to look up the pitch accent of a counter you don't know is to look up the 一◯ of it, and use the pitch accent from that to imply the pitch accent for every other amount. Eg., 一兎; it is an archaic word but because it is listed as いっと, it can be fairly safely assumed that every other amount will be と.
